Ryan Cole Rodriquez

I’m Ryan Cole Rodriquez, an IT professional, music producer, and MBA student at the University of Nevada, Reno who is interested in the intersection of emerging technology and human creativity. I help curious non-experts make sense of complicated technological changes by exploring how they affect the things we create, value, and experience. My background gives me a unique perspective on these questions: I work professionally in technology, have spent more than a decade creating and producing music, and enjoy digging deeply into questions involving AI, music, art, media, work, and culture. Rather than simply adding to the hype or fear surrounding new technology, I want to research what is actually happening, translate it into approachable language, and help people understand why it matters. I approach that work with wisdom, creativity, honesty, humor, and a concern for how technology can be used responsibly to serve people. My goal is to create thoughtful and useful content that helps people navigate technological change with greater understanding, curiosity, and confidence.
